„Weniger ist mehr“, „Wenn, dann richtig“ und „Wenn möglich, ohne“ – Die Flyer-Familie des MRE-Netz Rhein-Main zum verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Antibiotika ist komplett

Abstract aus Umweltmedizin – Hygiene – Arbeitsmedizin:

Um weitere Resistenzen bei Bakterien zu vermeiden, müssen Antibiotika verantwortungsvoll und zurückhaltend eingesetzt werden. Im ambulanten Bereich werden Antibiotika am häufigsten bei Atemwegs-, Harnwegs- und Ohrinfektionen eingesetzt. Das MRE-Netz Rhein-Main hat in den Jahren 2015 und 2017 in Kooperation mit verschiedenen medizinischen Fachverbänden, der Landesärztekammer Hessen, der kassenärztlichen Vereinigung, der Apothekerkammer Hessen etc. bereits Flyer zum verantwortungsvollen Umgang bei Atemwegsinfektionen („Weniger ist mehr“) und bei Harnwegsinfektionen („Wenn, dann richtig“) entwickelt. Im Jahr 2018 wurde das Faltblatt „Wenn möglich, ohne“ zum sorgsamen Einsatz von Antibiotika bei Ohrenschmerzen erstellt. Diese Flyer werden in dem Beitrag vorgestellt.

In order to prevent resistance against antibiotics in bacteria, a responsible and cautious use of antibiotics is necessary. In the ambulatory setting, antibiotics are most commonly prescribed for the treatment of infections of the respiratory tract, the urinary tract and of the ear. In the years 2015 and 2017, the MDRO-network Rhein-Main – in cooperation with various medical associations, a. o. the regional Doctors Chamber of Hesse, the Medical Association, the Chamber of pharmacists of Hesse, etc., has already prepared flyers for responsible handling of respiratory infections (“Less is more”) and of urinary tract infections (“If necessary, then properly”). In the year 2018 the leaflet “If possible, without” was created for the careful use of antibiotics in ear pain. These flyers are presented in the article.
